My work is characterized by a heart-centered approach, emphasizing authenticity, directness, and a deep understanding of human emotions. I meet you where you are, offering a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your feelings and aspirations.

I am a seasoned trauma coach with over 20 years of experience in mental & emotional wellbeing, passionately dedicated to facilitating profound personal transformations, and guiding you towards uncovering your innate potential and returning to a state of integration and wholeness — including receiving what you truly want in life.

My approach is grounded in innovative healing technologies, including Breathwork, Somatic Processing, Inner Child Work, and Internal Family Systems. As a pioneer and world-class expert in EFT/Tapping (one of my favorite modalities), I bring a wealth of wisdom and creativity to my practice for your benefit. I also hold a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, enhancing my ability to navigate complex emotional landscapes.

I am an advocate for the transformative potential of psychedelic-assisted healing, including ketamine, MDMA, and Iboga. I eagerly anticipate the evolution of these therapies.

I have a love for history, poetry, and possess exceptional communication skills. I’m fascinated with manifestation, and enjoy traveling, being a bad golfer, spending time outdoors, birds, flowers and trees, bodies of water, sauna and cold plunging. I am navigating raising my teenage son with determination and grit. Being his mom is one of the hardest and best things that has ever happened to me.

I love my two dogs, plants, and culture and crave beauty and order in my life. I am a self-proclaimed mixologist, consider myself a foodie, and find joy in growth, adventure and novel experiences.
