  • “I came to see Rebecca under some pretty dire circumstances. I had just had an affair in my 18 year marriage, and was completely emotionally unavailable to myself or my family. Since being coached by Rebecca, for the first time in my life I have self love, compassion, shame resiliency, and identity. I’ve learned how to take responsibility for my own happiness and reach for it in a way that feels in alignment with my highest self. She has always had a heartbeat on current ideologies and modalities and takes a whole-person approach. Working with Rebecca has literally transformed my life and my relationships.”

    —Nicole

  • “The entire process with Rebecca is magical, including and especially her. Before I came to work with her I thought I was being crushed by life; now I’m figuring out that I’m being carried and re-built in love to win. Honestly, it brings me to some of the happiest damn tears of my life. THANK YOU.”

    —Robert

  • “Rebecca has fundamentally changed my life! I’ve worked with her for several years in Private Mentorship, and I’ve also done two Intensives supported by her. Her ability to work with people is exceptional. I am forever changed, for the better, because of her and the work she does. And even better, she is a fantastic friend/human!”

    —Katie

  • “Rebecca has made my life better and given me courage, knowledge, and patience that I draw upon every day.”

How I Help

  • Panic, anxiety, stress, and overwhelm

  • Trauma (personal, relational, ancestral, and cultural)

  • Relationship struggles and attachment patterns

  • Major transitions: divorce, breakups, loss, identity shifts, leaving faith or religion

  • High achievement paired with emotional disconnection

  • Feeling unsafe, unfulfilled, or “not at home” in one’s life or body

This work supports clients seeking trauma-informed coaching in Boise and beyond, including those navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity transitions, and emotional overwhelm.

I’ve spent over 20 years working with people navigating:

I’ve worked with refugees, parents, students, entrepreneurs, healers, couples, and individuals from all walks of life.

What my clients often share is this: They want a different way to live — but don’t yet know how to get there.

My Approach

A woman sitting cross-legged on a light-colored, round armchair next to a brick fireplace, smiling and holding a fluffy dog. There are shoes, candles, and a rug visible in the room.

My work is trauma-informed, intuitive, and deeply relational.

I draw from a wide range of modalities — including:

  • EFT / Tapping

  • Breathwork

  • Somatic processing

  • Inner Child Work

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Relational and attachment-based frameworks

This work is especially supportive for anxiety, overwhelm, and nervous system regulation.

And what matters most is not necessarily the technique.

What matters is presence, attunement, and safety — and the ability to meet you exactly where you are, without forcing, fixing, or rushing.

I believe the keys to power and healing already live within you. My role is to help you access those keys.

What This Work Is Like

Clients often describe our work together as…

Person practicing yoga or meditation on the beach with ocean waves in the background, sitting on sand with their hand in a mudra position.

Grounding and relieving

A person's feet walking on sandy beach with rippled surface.

Clarifying and stabilizing

Snow-covered mountains surrounding a body of water with a partially frozen surface, reflection of mountains and sky visible in the water, cloudy sky above.

Gentle yet powerful

Person standing on a wet beach with reflection, looking at distant birds in cloudy sky.

Deeply human

Incredibly efficient

We move at a pace that supports real integration and upleveling, never pushing into overwhelm or burnout.

You will feel lighter, freer, competent, and more powerful when we are complete.

I do not offer single-session bookings on my website. This work is designed to create continuity, safety, and momentum for your success.

Investment reflects the depth, experience, and level of presence & transformation included:

  • Over 20 years of clinical and coaching experience in the mental health field

  • Advanced trauma-informed training

  • High-touch, private, relational support

  • Limited client capacity to ensure depth and presence

Why Monthly Matters:

This work is offered in monthly containers because meaningful change happens through continuity, safety, and relationship. Meeting regularly allows your nervous system to settle, patterns to become visible, and real integration to occur — rather than starting over each time. Monthly work creates the consistency needed for deeper insight, steadiness, and lasting shifts.

For those who feel drawn to a deeper, in-person immersion, I also offer a private 3-Day In-Home Intensive designed for profound breakthroughs, rest, integration, and recalibration.

Clients work with me in-person from Boise, across Idaho, and worldwide through secure virtual sessions.

Custom & Bespoke Containers

One of the hallmarks of my work (and what I teach) is flexibility within clear boundaries.

If you’re needing:

  • Greater frequency

  • Longer sessions

  • A customized rhythm of support

We can design a container that genuinely supports you without overextending or overcomplicating the work.

What You Might Notice

Many clients say they feel:

  • More calm and steady

  • More connected to themselves and others

  • Less burdened by the past

  • Clearer about what they want — and how to receive it

Often, there’s an unmistakable sense of: “Something deeply important has shifted — and not only can I finally breathe, I am so excited to finally LIVE.”
