Finding your Inner Compass
My mission is simple. I want to help you find your own inner compass. Once you know where your own True North is, it is easier to navigate the twists and turns of life.
My Core Values
Helpfulness, Honesty, Adaptability, and Wholeheartedness.
A Reflection of Who I Am
My core values are important to me because they help to guide me and keep me centered. They are a reflection of who I am and who I choose to be.
I am helpful and I choose to be helpful. I like being helpful and I like when people connect my last name to my actions.
I am honest and I choose to be honest. I want to connect with people by being my true, authentic and honest self.
I am adaptable. I live a life full of change. I seek out change and because of that I have learned to appreciate my own ability to adapt.
I want to live a wholehearted life. I want to live with joy and a song in my heart and smile on my face. And I want to feel my own sadness and pain and not avoid these feelings. Being wholehearted for me means feeling, expressing and embracing all feelings and looking for connections with others. And it means looking for the joy in life even during the sad moments.

The truth is: Belonging starts with self-acceptance. Your level of belonging, in fact, can never be greater than your level of self-acceptance, because believing that you’re enough is what gives you the courage to be authentic, vulnerable and imperfect. — BRENE BROWN
