I help people understand what they are feeling. I work with individuals, couples and families dealing with anxiety, anger, depression, grief, self-esteem, boundaries, and relationship problems.
I don't follow any specific approach or modality. Instead, I work with you in a supportive way to create an environment where you feel comfortable sharing and taking the steps that are right for your personal growth.
I offer both in-person and online video sessions. Depending on which one best meets your needs and safest, given the current Covid-19 pandemic.
