I’m here to help you. For many different reasons people have a hard time asking for help with personal issues. You, or people around you, may see it as a personal weakness or as a failing to ask for help. It's not. It actually takes tremendous strength to ask for help. You may be the first person in your family or circle of friends to seek out this type of help and you really may not know what counselling is or what to expect.
